Lauren
Collier is originally from Oklahoma City, OK where she received her earliest
training from the Classical Ballet School. In 2008 Lauren graduated from Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music where
she holds a Bachelor of Science in Ballet Performance and Kinesiology. Lauren attended IU on scholarship and performed numerous
classical and contemporary lead roles in four years as a member of Indiana University Ballet Theatre. Prior to IU, Lauren
moved around North America and received training from The Harid Conservatory, Pacific Northwest Ballet School, The School
of Alberta Ballet, and The National Ballet School of Canada. Lauren has been lucky enough to study with teachers such as Violette
Verdy, Sorella Englund, Lindsey Fischer , and Peggy Baker to name a few.
